The development offers European and North American style farmhouses, each designed with generous layouts and outdoor lifestyle possibilities. European farmhouses measure 3,500 sq. ft. with an additional 6,500 sq. ft. that can be used for amenities such as horse stables, a farm animal barnyard, exotic flower garden, sunken fire pit, relaxation retreat, and glamping tent area. North American style farmhouses offer 6,500 sq. ft. of built space with an additional 13,500 sq. ft. for features such as an outdoor VIP cinema, horse stables with a personal trail, hydroponic farm, fire pit, farm animal barnyard, flower garden, relaxation retreat, and glamping area.
